For the first time in more than two decades, The Guess Who are heading back out on a full US tour.
The classic rock band has announced the American leg of their 2026 “Takin’ It Back Tour,” marking their first stateside run in 23 years. The dates follow a previously revealed Canadian stretch and arrive after co-founders Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman regained the rights to perform under The Guess Who name in 2024, ending a long-running trademark dispute.
The US run kicks off June 25 in Shakopee, Minnesota, and continues through major markets including Chicago, Brooklyn-area stops in New Jersey and New York, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Seattle. The American dates wrap August 22 in Seattle before the band closes the tour August 23 in Vancouver.
Support on all dates comes from former Eagles guitarist Don Felder.
In a statement, Cummings said, “Randy and I are incredibly grateful that our music has endured all these years. Knowing that people still want to hear these songs live means everything to us.” Bachman added, “I’m really excited about reuniting with Burton and touring again as The Guess Who. Those songs are still as strong as ever.”
The tour follows a wave of renewed momentum for the band, whose catalog includes staples like “American Woman,” “These Eyes,” and “No Time.” With the original creative core reunited under the band’s rightful name, the “Takin’ It Back Tour” signals both a return and a reset.
