Two of modern jam’s most consistent live acts are linking up for a full summer run.
moe. and Umphrey’s McGee have announced the 17-date moe.mentUM Tour, launching June 11 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and running through August 15 near Chicago.
The co-headlining trek will hit cities across the East Coast and Midwest, including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio. The tour also circles around moe.’s annual moe.down festival appearance in July.
Both bands are known for unpredictable setlists and cross-band sit-ins, and the announcement teases “curveballs, deep cuts, and more,” signaling that this won’t be a simple alternating-headliner format.
Formed in 1989, moe. remain a cornerstone of the American jam circuit, while Umphrey’s McGee—founded in 1997—have built their reputation on high-level musicianship and genre-blending live performances.
Presale tickets go live March 4 at 10 a.m. local time, with general on-sale beginning March 6.
If you like your summer tours loud, loose, and occasionally twenty minutes longer than planned, this one’s built for you.
