Kamelot Announce 2026 Dark Asylum World Tour and Two-Night KamFest in the Netherlands

Symphonic metal lifers Kamelot are mapping out a massive 2026.

The Florida-founded, internationally charting band have announced the Dark Asylum World Tour, a pair of headline runs across North America and Europe, alongside the launch of KamFest 2026, a two-night curated event set for October 30–31 at O13 in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Full ticket details are available at https://www.kamelot.com.

The North American leg begins August 28 at Hard Rock Live in Orlando and runs through September 27 in Silver Spring, Maryland. Support comes from Visions of Atlantis and Frozen Crown for the entire U.S. and Canadian run. Tickets go on sale February 27 at 10 a.m. ET.

The European leg kicks off Halloween weekend with KamFest before continuing through November 22 in Madrid. Exit Eden will appear as very special guests on the European headline dates, with Temperance providing additional support. Tickets for the European run are on sale now.

Held over two nights at Tilburg’s O13 venue, KamFest the festival will feature rotating lineups across October 30 and 31.

Night one includes performances by Xandria, Leaves’ Eyes, and Elegy. Night two features Blackbriar, Exit Eden, and Temperance. Additional production details and VIP packages are expected to be announced via official Kamelot channels.

Tilburg has increasingly become a hub for metal-centric special events, and KamFest adds another genre-focused weekend to the European fall calendar.

Continuing the The Awakening Era

The announcement follows the band’s 2023 album The Awakening, released via Napalm Records. The record debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. Current Hard Music Albums chart and marked the band’s first Top 10 appearance on the Official German Album Charts.

Kamelot’s current lineup features vocalist Tommy Karevik, guitarist and founder Thomas Youngblood, keyboardist Oliver Palotai, bassist Sean Tibbetts, and drummer Alex Landenburg.

In a statement, Youngblood described the upcoming tour cycle as “the next evolution of Kamelot,” promising a live production built around the band’s signature blend of symphonic density and melodic heaviness.

With 13 studio albums and nearly three decades of symphonic metal behind them, Kamelot continue to operate in that space between theatrical grandeur and technical precision. Dark Asylum 2026 appears designed to reinforce that identity on both sides of the Atlantic.

If you’re tracking large-scale metal tours for 2026, this one just vaulted onto the calendar.
