Sturgill Simpson is hitting the road this fall under his Johnny Blue Skies moniker, unveiling a full North American run dubbed the Mutiny for the Masses Tour. The 29-date trek supports his latest album Mutiny After Midnight, which has already made a strong debut on the Billboard 200.
Backed by his band The Dark Clouds, Simpson will bring the project across major markets throughout September and October, continuing to expand the sonic identity of his Johnny Blue Skies era. The tour follows a unique rollout for Mutiny After Midnight, which initially dropped as a physical-only release before expanding to digital platforms.
Tickets are set to go on sale Friday, April 10 at 10:00 a.m. local time, with a focus on face-value resale options to help combat inflated secondary market pricing.
