GWAR Announce Fall 2026 “Gor Gor Must Die!” Tour

Shock rock legends GWAR are bringing their signature chaos back on the road with the announcement of their Fall 2026 “Gor Gor Must Die!” Tour, a full-scale North American run packed with theatrics, metal, and their trademark over-the-top spectacle.

Kicking off October 27 in Charlottesville, Virginia, the tour will hit cities across the U.S. and Canada before wrapping December 12 in Norfolk. Along the way, GWAR will also appear on the Headbangers Boat, adding an extra layer of insanity to an already stacked run.

Joining them on the road is black n roll outfit Midnight as direct support, while parody metal act Mac Sabbath will open every show. Select dates will also feature X-COPS and Atomic Rule, rounding out a lineup built for pure chaos night after night.

Known for their blood-soaked performances and theatrical storytelling, GWAR are leaning fully into their mythos this time around, centering the tour on their infamous dinosaur Gor Gor. Frontman Blothar described the concept in typically unhinged fashion, framing the tour as a brutal intervention for their wayward creature.

Beyond the tour, GWAR are also dropping a limited edition pink 7 inch vinyl out June 26 via Pit Records. The release includes their take on Pink Pony Club and a reworked version of “I’m Just Ken” titled “We’re Just GWAR,” continuing their tradition of twisted covers and absurd reinterpretations.

Pre sales begin soon with general on sale following this week. Tickets and VIP packages will be available through the band’s official site.

With a stacked lineup, a wild concept, and their unmatched live energy, the “Gor Gor Must Die!” Tour is shaping up to be one of the most outrageous heavy runs of the year. Get your tickets and VIP packages at GWAR.net.
