Thee Sinseers are back with new music, dropping their latest single “Did Ya Know?” alongside the announcement of their upcoming album Love Stories, due September 18 via Colemine Records.
The track sets the tone for what’s shaping up to be a major step forward for the East LA collective. Love Stories isn’t about clean endings or simple romance—it’s about everything in between. The highs, the fallout, the unresolved tension, it’s all part of the picture.
Compared to their debut Sinseerly Yours, this new project comes together with a sharper sense of identity. The band entered the studio with a clear vision, defined roles, and a collective mindset that pushed the music to the next level.
Sonically, they lean into warm, vintage textures while expanding their palette, melding soul, analog tones, and subtle cross-genre influence into something that feels distinctly their own. As Quiñones puts it, it didn’t feel like they were making “soul music,” it felt like they were making their music.
That authenticity carries through the entire project. Whether it’s reflective cuts about second chances or slow-burning tracks that feel pulled straight from neighborhood dance floors, Love Stories captures something real, and leaves space for listeners to interpret it on their own terms.
The drop also comes with a full slate of tour dates, with Thee Sinseers set to hit Europe and North America this fall, including a major Los Angeles show at The Wiltern.
If “Did Ya Know?” is any indication, Love Stories is shaping up to be one of the most emotionally grounded and sonically refined releases from the band yet.
