Foo Fighters Turn Extreme “Snowless Skiing” Into Chaos-Fueled New Video for “Of All People”

Foo Fighters have released a new video for “Of All People,” pairing one of the most explosive tracks from their latest album Your Favorite Toy with visuals that are somehow just as unhinged.

Directed by Alex Acy, the clip features Swiss extreme skiing collective BPC (Buldoz Project Crew), a group known for pushing skiing far outside its intended environment. Instead of snow-covered mountains, the crew launches themselves across concrete, dirt, glass, rails, and whatever other surfaces seem dangerous enough to qualify. The result is two and a half minutes of controlled chaos soundtracked by one of the hardest-hitting songs on the new Foo Fighters record.

Dave Grohl summed it up perfectly in the press release, describing BPC’s style as either “the gnarliest extreme sport” he’s ever seen or “the most fun anyone can have before a guaranteed trip to the hospital.” Honestly, the video somehow feels like both at once.

Musically, “Of All People” channels the raw immediacy that has always made Foo Fighters thrive when they lean into their punk roots. Clocking in at just 2:35, the song is all velocity and urgency, driven by pounding drums, blown-out guitars, and the kind of reckless energy that feels tailor-made for a video full of people voluntarily ski-launching themselves down concrete stair sets.

Director Alex Acy says he first discovered BPC through YouTube and immediately became obsessed with the group’s mentality and approach. Rather than treating skiing like a polished sport, the crew embraces pure DIY insanity, adapting it to environments where it absolutely should not work. That anti-rules mindset ends up fitting surprisingly well with the spirit that has defined Foo Fighters for decades.

The release also continues the rollout surrounding Your Favorite Toy, an album already earning attention for its stripped-down aggression and punk-forward edge. While Foo Fighters have spent years comfortably existing as arena rock veterans, “Of All People” feels like a reminder that the band still knows how to tap into raw adrenaline when they want to.

And honestly, pairing that energy with skiers grinding down pavement might be one of the most appropriately chaotic visual combinations they could have chosen.
