In a recent interview with Skratch N Sniff, TWIZTID’s Jamie Madrox opened up about the creative process behind Welcome To Your Funeral, collaborating with Zeuss, and working with QUEENSRŸCHE’s Todd La Torre, who played drums on the album. “I feel like we’ve always had the desire to push the envelope. When you go back to how we started, we used to sample rock music—Zombie, Manson—and add 808s to it and rap over it. So this isn’t too far off from that,” Madrox explained. “It’s just that now, we’re working with original ingredients, if that makes sense. This record is TWIZTID and Zeuss.”
