Four Chord Music Festival is officially back for 2026, and its 12th installment is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet. Set for September 25 and 26 at F.N.B. Stadium in Pittsburgh, the two-day event brings together a wide-ranging lineup that spans punk, emo, hardcore, and alternative—continuing the festival’s reputation as one of the premier independent gatherings in the scene.
Headlining this year’s stacked bill are heavy hitters like Pierce the Veil, Knocked Loose, Underoath, Mayday Parade, and Boys Like Girls, alongside a deep roster of fan favorites and rising acts.
The festival’s return to Pittsburgh proper marks a full-circle moment for founder Rishi Bahl, who emphasized both the emotional significance of the location and the event’s continued evolution. This year’s lineup leans into a broader sonic spectrum, blending heavier acts with classic pop-punk energy across two distinct days.
Day 1 – Friday, September 25 delivers a heavier edge with performances from Kublai Khan TX, We Came As Romans, Saosin, Counterparts, and more.
Day 2 – Saturday, September 26 shifts into a more nostalgic and melodic lane, featuring sets from State Champs (performing Around the World and Back), Motion City Soundtrack, Cartel, Finch, and Hit The Lights.
Since its founding in 2014, Four Chord Music Festival has grown from a grassroots DIY event into a nationally recognized destination for fans of punk and alternative culture. Known for its community-driven ethos and carefully curated lineups, the festival continues to bridge generations of fans while spotlighting both legacy acts and emerging talent.
Early bird tickets are available now, with general on-sale beginning Friday, May 8 at 10 AM EST.
