Riot Fest has revealed the official by-day lineups for its 2026 return to Douglass Park in Chicago, setting the stage for another massive weekend of punk, rock, alternative, hip-hop and left-field festival chaos.
The festival takes place September 18 through 20 and will feature more than 100 artists across three days. Friday will be headlined by Twenty One Pilots and Iggy Pop, Saturday will feature Tool and Morrissey at the top of the bill, and Sunday will close out with Pierce The Veil and Alanis Morissette.
The announcement comes as Riot Fest continues forward after its 20th anniversary, balancing legacy acts with newer names pushing rock and alternative music into the next generation. This year’s lineup includes a wide-ranging mix of artists such as Elvis Costello & The Imposters, Pixies, Rise Against, Alkaline Trio, The All-American Rejects, Nas, Patti Smith & Her Band, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, Sex Pistols, Bright Eyes, Taking Back Sunday, The Beths, Santigold, Gogol Bordello, Public Image Ltd., and more.
Friday’s lineup leans into a stacked cross-section of alternative, punk and rock history. Alongside Twenty One Pilots and Iggy Pop, the day features Rise Against, Pixies, Alkaline Trio, The All-American Rejects, Sex Pistols, Santigold, Motion City Soundtrack, Joey Valence & Brae, Bayside, Tricky, 3OH!3, GWAR, Slick Rick, Guttermouth, Fleshwater, The Paradox, Bratmobile, Mariachi El Bronx, Violet Grohl, Foxy Shazam and more.
Saturday brings the heaviest and most unpredictable mix of the weekend, led by Tool and Morrissey. The bill also includes Social Distortion, Nas, Bad Religion, Sugar, Bright Eyes, Descendents, Gogol Bordello, Public Image Ltd., PUP, Thrice, Less Than Jake, Brian Fallon & The Painkillers, The Suicide Machines, Afroman, Destroy Boys, The Chats, Yard Act, Chat Pile, Show Me The Body, Melt-Banana and more.
Sunday closes the weekend with Pierce The Veil and Alanis Morissette leading a lineup that includes Elvis Costello & The Imposters, The Format, Patti Smith and Her Band, Twin Peaks, Taking Back Sunday, Insane Clown Posse, Pennywise, The Beths, Mom Jeans, Cartel, Bowling For Soup, Sincere Engineer, Good Riddance, Dead To Me, The Flatliners, Murphy’s Law, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Daisy Grenade, Holding Absence, Ben Quad, Remember Sports and more.
Single-day and two-day tickets go on sale Thursday, June 18 at 10:00 AM CT, with prices starting at $99.98 plus fees. Fans can also sign up for SMS alerts by texting “hey” to 312-878-6767 for early access ahead of the public on-sale.
Payment plans will be available across GA, VIP, Deluxe and Deluxe+ tiers. Premium ticket options include perks such as expedited entry, dedicated viewing areas, shaded lounges, upgraded amenities and enhanced hospitality experiences.
Riot Fest will also once again bring its full festival atmosphere to Douglass Park, including carnival rides, games, food, drinks and more. Chicago weather legend Tom Skilling, who appeared remotely during the 2025 festival, is set to join the festivities in person this year with live forecasts from the festival grounds.
