After two unexpected headlining appearances at Coachella this year, Tom DeLonge and Blink-182 played the opening show of their reunion tour in Minnesota. Along with the full 25-song setlist, fan-filmed footage of the band performing two songs from the Matt Skiba era is included below.
What Matt Skiba-era songs were played?
Blink-182 played two songs from their 2016 album California during their performance Friday night (May 4) at the Xcel Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. California was the pop-punk band’s first full-length album since DeLonge left in 2015.
“Cynical” was played 12th in the set, and the album’s biggest song, “Bored to Death,” was played 18th. Both songs are well-known live songs that were frequently played when Skiba was in charge; “Bored to Death” had been performed more than 200 times before DeLonge joined.
There were no tracks from Blink’s second album with Skiba, Nine, which was released in 2019.

“Up All Night,” culled from 2011’s Neighborhoods, the last with DeLonge before he exited in 2015, was played for the first time live since 2016 and for the first time with the returning member since 2014.
The 20th song of the evening, “Adam’s Song,” by Enema of the State, was performed by Blink-182 on stage for the first time since 2009. The Neighborhoods’ opening song, “Ghost on the Dance Floor,” was the next song, ending an almost ten-year gap in live performances.
