In a candid interview back in 2020 with Montreal Rocks, Taylor was asked whether fans could anticipate a studio recording of “SpongeBob SquarePants.” His response was insightful:
“It’s quite the conundrum, really. Strangely enough, it both amuses and perplexes me that this song ranks among the most requested at my acoustic gigs. The reason I initially learned the song was to forge a musical connection with my son. Thus, it’s challenging for me to decline such requests. I’ve even incorporated it into my set on several occasions, sometimes even unexpectedly, like when I did a unique version for the online critic known as the Nostalgia Critic. I ponder whether a full-band rendition could astonish and intrigue folks. So, who’s to say? Predicting the future is a curious endeavor. But I must admit, it’s undeniably amusing. That’s the long and short of it.”
The Huntington Comic And Toy Convention this year was a grand affair, featuring more than 200 vendors and a diverse array of panelists. Reportedly, the convention drew an impressive attendance of over 4,000 enthusiasts.

In support of his new album, Taylor has announced his 2023 tour featuring special guests WARGASM, OXYMORRONS and LUNA AURA on select dates.
